Savji Keema Balls
Ingredients for Keema
Ball 1/2 Kg Mutton Mince 2 Tbsp onion chopped
2 Tbsp tomato chopped  
2 Tbsp red chili powder 1
-2 Tbsp. coriander chopped
8-10 Garlic cloves 1/2 “
Ginger 1/2 Tsp turmeric Salt

Ingredients for Gravy
2 tomatoes small size
8-10 Garlic cloves
1/2 “ ginger
 2-3 Tbsp coriander 2
Tbsp red chili powder
2 Tsp haveej masala
1 Tbsp mince keema

Method
To the mutton mince ..Add coriander, garlic, ginger, red chili powder, tomato, onion, turmeric &  Salt (Mix Well)
Transfer the mince mix to a blender & make fine paste (Mix well & keep aside)
For gravy - In the blender.. Add tomato, garlic ,ginger ,coriander & 1 Tbsp mutton mice.. Make a fine paste (Keep aside)
Grease your palms with oil & make desired size meat ball (approx. 1” size)
For cooking - In a kadai ..Heat 4-5 Tbsp oil
Add the keema ball (On low flame) Cover & Cook for 10-12 mins
Give a Mix, Add red chili powder ,haveej masala (click on i button),tomato blend paste
Combine well. Cover & cook for 15-20mins (Until cooked)
Stir in intervals & Add water 1/2cup water
Keema Balls is cooked. Serve with roti/any rice of your choice
