Pav Bhaji Pulao Recipe | Leftover Pav Bhaji Recipe | Leftover Recipes | Rice Recipe in Instant Pot

Ingredients –
1. Leftover Pav Bhaji’s Bhaji – 1 ½ Cup
2. Washed Rice – 1 Cup
3. Water – 2 Cup
4. Clarified Butter (Ghee) – 2 tsp
5. Dry Red Chillies – 2 nos.
6. Cumin Seeds (Jeera) – 1 tsp
7. Cashews (Kaju) – 1 tbsp
8. Raisins (Kishmish) – 2 tsp
9. Green Peas (Matar) – 1 tbsp
10. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
11. Pav Bhaji Masala – ½ tsp
12. Salt – 1 tsp
Method –
1. In an instant Pot, firstly set it to sauté mode for 2 minutes.
2. Take 2 tsp of Clarified Butter (Ghee), then add 2 small dry Red Chillies, 1 tsp of Cumin Seeds (Jeera), 1 tbsp of Cashews (Kaju), 2 tsp of Raisins (Kishmish), 1 tbsp of Green Peas (Matar) and mix well.
3. Now take 1 ½ cup of leftover bhaji and add 2 Cups of Water and mix well.
4. Now add 1 cup of washed Rice, 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder, ½ tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala, 1 tsp of Salt to taste and give a nice mix.
5. Now Close the Lid, set the valve on sealing mode and set it on Rice Mode (auto low pressure for 12 minutes).
6. After 12 minutes release the pressure by turning the valve to venting mode and open the lid.
7. Bhaji Pulao is now ready to serve hot.
