我这食谱非常简单又好吃，把所有材料混合腌制一天后，直接放入气炸锅15分钟就可以吃了！和传统做法不一样的地方是，煮的过程不需要涂抹任何酱，时间不需要那么久。
Serves: 2 person | Marinate time: 8 hrs | Cooking time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
pork belly 500g | 五花肉 500 克
ginger 5g (crushed) | 生姜 5 克 （拍碎）
garlic 5 cloves (crushed) | 大蒜 5 片 （拍碎）
brown sugar 5 tbsp | 红糖 5 汤匙
soy sauce 3 tbsp | 酱油 3 汤匙
dark soy sauce 1 tbsp | 老抽 1 汤匙
honey /maltose sugar 3 tbsp | 蜂蜜/麦芽糖 3 汤匙
five spice powder 1 tsp | 五香粉 1 茶匙
black pepper powder 1 tsp | 黑胡椒粉 1 茶匙
oyster sauce 1 tbsp | 蚝油 1 汤匙
cooking wine 2 tbsp | 料酒 2 汤匙
salt | 盐

▶ Cut the pork belly into 1 ½ inch thick strip. If pork strips are too thick, it will take longer to cook
▶ Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for at least 8 hours
▶ The sweetness & salt levels are adjustable according to your own preferences
