这里比较难买到新鲜的干贝和虾米，所以我都是在家自己自制。自己制作的干贝，虾米比较卫生。当干贝遇上虾米会擦出什么火花？🎦请期待下个视频😊
Ingredients:
Mini scallops | 迷你扇贝/瑶柱
Peeled and cooked prawns/shrimps | 煮熟去壳的小虾
Salt | 食用盐
Cooking Materials:

00:21 | If you use scallops that are bigger in size, they must be boiled before baking, otherwise the colour will be brown and not presentable
*I usually bake 3 baking tray at a time, which will save my time.
