🍽️Recipe (ingredients)
150g Pork, cut to strips 1cm thick 5cm long (Pork tenderloin or plum pork are both good)
4 pieces of Dried tofu, cut in to 0.5cm thick strips (easy to buy at Asian supermarket)
1 - 2 bulbs Green onions or Scallions
5-6 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Chili pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil

Marinade: (for the meat)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
a pinch of white pepper
Some cornstarch
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional) -  Japanese sake or Chinese rice wine both good
1 tablespoon oil

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons Sugar


📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. Pork tenderloin or plum pork are easy to get, if you can purchase the pork neck (from the pork shoulder) that would be great for stir-fry or roast, which have more fat that is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
2. Dried tofu have many shape for different recipe, I choose the toasted tender bean curd (approximate 1cm thick 4cm long in square shape) which is suitable for stir fry.
3. Dried tofu (豆乾) is known as "vegetable ham", if you want to make a vegan dish, you can skip the pork.
