Today i made Mutton Korma in Delhi Style  😜😜😋 It  is very tasty and  easy to make just follow my simple steps ..you can also make it at your home without any microwave ,grill and tandor....U can also make this  recipe with some basic ingredients that it can provide easily at your home.. so pls try at your home and enjoy the Mutton korma /Bakra Gosht😜

Ingredients-

For Frying Mutton-
1....Mutton- 1kg
2.... Mustard Oil-

For Dry Rost-

1....Cardamom-4
2....Large Cardamom-2
3....Baeleaf- 4
4....Dry Red chilli-5
5....Cinnamon- 1
6....Black pepper Whole-
7....Cashew-15 to 20 pieces
8....Cloves-5 to 6 pieces
9....Cumin seeds- According to you
10....Mace (javitri)-
11.... Nutmeg(Jayfal)-

For Mitton Korma Gravy-

1....  Onion- 500 to 600gm
2....  Tomato- 300 to 400gm
3....  Green Chilli- 7 to 8
4.... Garlic( लहसुन)- 1.5tbls
5.... Ginger(अद्रक)-1tbls
6.... Salt- 3tbls(according to your taste)
7.... Turmeric powder(हल्दी)- 2tbls
8.... Red chilli- 1/2tbls
9.... Garam masala(गरम मसाला)- 1tbls
10.... Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर)-4to5tbls
11.... Deggi mirchi-1 to 2tbls
12.... Meat masala- 1to 2tbls
13....  Rosted Kasuri methi-2tbls
14  ....Coriander leaves
