Today i made Afghani paneer malai tikka with gravy 😜😜😋 It  is very tasty and  easy to make just follow my simple steps ..you can also make it at your home without any microwave ,grill and tandor....U can also make this  recipe with some basic ingredients that it can provide easily at your home.. so pls try at your home and enjoy the Afghani paneer malai tikka 😜

Ingredients-

1....   paneer- 500gm
2....   Curd- 100gm
3....   Fresh Cream- 100gm
4....   Onion big size- 2big size
5...    Coriander leaves(हरा धनिया)-50- 60gms
6....   Green chilli(हरी मिर्ची)- 4
7....   Garlic( लहसुन)- 1tbls
8....   Ginger(अद्रक)-0.8tbls
9....   Cashew nut(काजू)-12piece
10.... Salt- 1.5tbls(according to your taste)
11.... Black pepper (काली मिर्च)-1tbls
12.... Chat Masala(चाट मसाला)- 1tbls
13.... Garam masala(गरम मसाला)- 1/2tbls
14.... Lemon- 1
15....Kasuri methi-1tbls
