Today i made Dhaba style Dum Arbi😋 It  is very tasty and  easy to make just follow my simple steps ..you can also make it at your home with some basic ingredients that it can provide easily at your home.. so pls try at your home and enjoy the Dum Arbi
Ingredients-
For Marinate Arbi-

1.... Boiled Arbi(अरबी)- 400gm(approx)
2.... salt(नमक)-1tbls
3....  Red chilli(लाल मिर्ची)-1/2 tbls
4....  cumin powder(जीरा)- 1tbls
5...  Coriander powder ( धनिया पाउडर)- 1.5tbls
6.... Haldi powder(हल्दी पाउडर)- 1.5tbls
7.... Garam masala(गरम मसाला)-1tbls
8.... Kasuri methi(कसूरी मेथी)- 1tbls

For Preparation of Gravy-
1....  Onion (प्याज)- 3big onion
2....  Tomato(टमाटर) - 4
3....  Red chilli(लाल मिर्च)- 1/2tbls
4....  Haldi powder(हल्दी पाउडर)- 1/2tbls
5....  Sabji masal(सब्जी मसाला)- 1/2 tbls
6....  Garam masala( गरम मसाला)- 1/2tbls
7....  Coriander powder(धनिया पाउडर)- 1tbls
8....  Kashmiri red mirchi(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)- 1tbls
9....  Green chilli(हरी मिर्च)- 4
10.... Garlic paste(लहसुन का पेस्ट)- 1.5tbls
11.... Ginger paste(अदरक का पेस्ट)- 1tbls
12.... Curd(दही)- 200gm (approx)
