Philly Cheesesteak Pasta
Ingredients:
Sirloin steak
Monterey Jack Cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Cream cheese
Heavy whipping cream
Butter
Penne noodles
White onion
Red and green bell peppers
Season all
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Directions:
1. Shred cheese.
2. Thinly slice sirloin steak and season with season all, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix.
3. Slice 1/2 onion, 1/2 red bell pepper, and 1/2 green bell pepper.
4. Boil noodles until tender.
5. In a skillet add 2 tbsps of olive oil. Add the peppers and onions to the skillet and cook until tender.
6. Once the onions and peppers are tender, add the steak into the same skillet and cook until steak is well done.
7. In the same skillet add 1 tbsp of water, 4 oz of cream cheese, and 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream. Stir until the sauce thickens.
8. Season sauce to taste with season all and add 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack cheese and 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Mix.
9. Add the sauce to the pasta.
10. Enjoy.
