Philly Cheese Steak Pasta

1 pound of thinly cut steak
1 cup of penne rigate
1/2 cup of beef broth
1 small onion thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper thinly slice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
4 slices of provolone cheese
4 slices of havarti cheese

FYI once the meat and peppers finish cooking please drain the oil off the meat then proceed with the beef broth etc
