Pot Roast Recipe
Ingredients:
Chuck roast
Beef broth
Beef cube
Small potatoes
Yellow onion
Carrots
Celery
Season all
Cayenne pepper
Black pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Accent
Parsley
Directions:
1. Chop veggies.
2. Season chuck roast.
3. In cast iron skillet, sear roast on both sides.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Add roast to oven roaster. Add 2 cups of beef broth, 2 cups of water, and 1 beef boullion cube, cover with lid and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
6. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, add veggies to roast and 2 cups of beef broth.
7. Bake for another hour and 30 minutes.
8. Serve with rice and enjoy.
