This is a simple recipe for making chocolate canelé with just one bar of chocolate. The outside is crispy, and the inside is chewy. If you want a richer flavor, you can adjust the amount of chocolate to 50g–80g.

Unsalted butter: 25g
Milk: 250g
One bar of chocolate (50g)
Vanilla extract: a few drops
Whole egg: 1
Egg yolk: 1
Rum: 15g
