1 uovo intero + 1 tuorlo(per spennellare),
20 gr di formaggio grattugiato,
sale,
2 cucchiai di pane grattugiato,
3 fettine di prosciutto cotto,
7 fettine di emmental,
1 rotolo di pasta sfoglia rettangolare.
