It’s a unique combination & before you say you don’t like dragon fruit as it’s so bland, make this smoothie & then let’s talk 😉

Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
-Dragon fruit - Half
-Blue Berries - 1/4 cup
-Ginger - 1/2 tsp diced
-Orange - Half
-coconut water/regular water

Method
-Add all the ingredients to the blender & adjust the consistency using coconut water.
-Serve immediately (as the dragon fruit seeds swell up if left in water for a while) in a tall glass & enjoy.
