CIRCUIT WORKOUT:
1. Wall Sits 30 seconds
2. Wall Sits & Arm Raise 30 Seconds
3. Toe Touches 15 Reps
4. Split Squats 15 Reps Each Leg
5. Hip Thrusts 20 Reps
6. High Plank and Wall Touch 15 Reps Each Arm
7. Wall Pushups 30 Reps
Rest for 1 minute. This is 1 circuit, repeat for another 3 circuits.
