Creating a bulgogi sandwich is a straightforward process. Thinly slice the meat and add your chosen condiments directly to it. The beauty of this sandwich lies in its versatility, as it can be customized with an endless variety of ingredients to suit your preferences.

Ingredients
250g or 8.8oz beef round, thinly sliced
3~4 green leaves, romaine
1 medium tomato
1/2 medium onion
2 slices cheese
1 green chili
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
1/6 teaspoon salt
Seasoning for the beef
1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
1. Thinly slice the onion. Slice the tomato. Chop the chili and mince the garlic.
2. Heat the pan over medium-heat. Add the oil and stir-fry the onion until charred but still crunchy (or caramelize). Transfer the onion the plate.
3. Add thinly sliced beef to the pan and sprinkle brown sugar. Stir fry the meat for about 1 minute, mixing thoroughly. Add soy sauce, minced garlic and fully cook until the meat absorbs the sauce. Turn off the heat and add sesame oil.
4. Cut the bread into lengthwise. Add mayonnaise on the both sides. Place onion, tomato, bulgogi, and the green leaves. Cut into half. Serve warm.
