Hanu bulgogi burger
[Ingredients]
* Bulgogi
Beef chuck 2 cups (300g)
1/3 onion (80g)
Green onion 1/2 cup (40g)
Brown sugar 2 tbsp (20g)
Starch syrup 1 tbsp (20g)
Cooking wine 1 tbsp (10g)
Minced garlic 1 tbsp (15g)
Dark soy sauce 4 tbsp (40g)
Sesame oil 3 tbsp (20g)
* Mayonnaise sauce
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup (100g)
Pickled radish 2 strips (50g)
2 Cheongyang peppers (14g)
* Bulgogi burger
1 hotdog bun
Bulgogi
Mayonnaise sauce
Ketchup
Mozzarella cheese 1 slice
[Directions]
* Bulgogi
1. Slice the onion and finely chop the green onion.
2. Cut the beef chuck into 4-cm pieces.
3. Mix the beef chuck, onion, green onion, brown sugar, starch syrup, cooking wine, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
4. Once the sugar is dissolved, add soy sauce and sesame oil and mix.
5. Fry the marinated bulgogi in a pan until moisture is gone.
* Mayonnaise sauce
1. Finely chop Cheongyang pepper and pickled radish.
2. Mix chopped Cheongyang pepper, pickled radish, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
* Bulgogi burger
1. Cut the bun in half and steam for 2 minutes.
2. Put the mayonnaise sauce on the bun.
(If adding the cheese, put the sauce on top of the cheese.)
3. Put the fried bulgogi on top.
4. Finish with ketchup.
