Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today's style of workout is a 1 hour Cardio HIIT Beat class to all Kpop music! This is my special birthday workout that I do each year and I am choosing some of my favorite kpop cardio routines. After the warm up, you will work your way up to a cardio peak and end with a cool down and stretch. You will be challenged and sweating for sure! In this workout, I will show high impact with low impact options. So please do what is best for you and take breaks as needed. Now get ready...your time is about to FLY by!!

Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.

*Some routines may be listed as in between two levels.
