Welcome to Cardio Party Mashup! We have a variety of workouts on this channel that will push you while exercising to the beat in a song. Today's style of workout is a 10,000 Steps KPOP Cardio Workout to the beat! We will begin with a warmup and work our way up to a cardio peak and 6,000 steps around 50 minutes in. We will then go back down to a level 2.25 routine and then work our way back up to a second cardio peak and over 10,000 total steps. Now get ready...your time is about to FLY by!!

Routine Intensity Level Key
Level 1 : Low-Moderate Intensity; slow-moderate paced movements (usually a warm up or a cool down routine). You should be able to talk during this intensity level.
Level 2: Moderate-High Intensity; fast paced movements; talking is more difficult as heart rate is higher.
Level 3: High-Very Vigorous intensity; strenuous and fast paced movements that are maintained and even increased throughout the routine; can’t say more than a few words because you are getting breathless.
