How to Rehydrate and Cook Sea Cucumber? 如何泡发海參?
Method 做法:
Day 1 (Evening) 第一天傍晚
Soak the sea cucumber in a clean and greaseless container for 24 hours. 把海參放入清洁,无油渍的锅内,加清水浸泡隔夜。

Day 2 (Evening) 第二天傍晚
Boil 20 minutes and left overnight. 在沸水中煮20分钟。浸泡隔夜,避免掀开锅蓋。

Day 3 (Evening) 第三天傍晚
Cut open the stomach, discard the membrane and skin, and clean. 腹部割开,用汤匙把肚子里的内脏和杂质清掉。
Boil 20 minutes and left overnight. 在沸水中煮20分钟。浸泡隔夜,避免掀开锅蓋。

Day 4 (Evening) 第四天傍晚
Clean and double check. 再次清洁。
Soak in clean water for 2 more days. 加水浸泡。
Put ice cubes and keep in freezer. 放冰块然后放入冰箱2天。
Change water everyday. 每天换水。

Day 6 (Evening) 第六天傍晚
Ready to cook 即可使用。

How to prepare sea cucumber for cooking?
泡发好的海參要如何去腥?
Immerse sea cucumber in the water with spring onion, ginger and wine added. Bring to boil. Turn down the heat and cook for about 10 minutes. It is now ready to cook.
泡发的海參要烹调前才出水去腥,以少许的葱、姜、酒和水(水要淹过海參), 煮滚后,转小火煮约10分钟,取出即可使用。
