granulated sugar 20g
whipping cream 75g
one egg
half a tsp of vanilla extract
cake flour 10g

Mascarpone cheese batter:
Mascarpone cheese 150g
whipping cream 200g
sugar 20g
a tsp of vanilla extract
gelatine leaves 3g
