5 Simple Workouts To Help YOU Run A SUB 3 Hour Marathon - welcome back to another video and today I want to share with you my 5 simple workouts to help you run a sub 3 hour marathon! After going back through my strava and following the build up to my abingdon marathon in 2018, I found 5 very simple but effective runs that I was doing regularly that helped me achieve the sub 3 hour marathon goal. Technically, run number 5 isn't a workout but as it builds strength I am counting it! Plus you get a little bonus tip at the end too!
