If you need to get
If you need to get a sweat on, improve your speed, agility, coordination and fitness, but don't have much time on your hands... here is a great tennis workout that you can do in a small space, will minimal equipment.
I'm using a throw down spot and a racket, but you don't even meed those! Find a mark on the floor, or put something down and use your hands for the shadow swings!
For a 10 minute workout:
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds with a 30 second rest after each one.
For a more advanced 10 minute version:
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest after each one... BRUTAL!
For a 20 minute work out:
Repeat the circuit twice.
