In this video, Anna Steele-Finkelstein, Physiotherapist, is demonstrating the exercises that she used to rehabilitate her knee after a 80% torn PCL (Posterior Cruciate Ligament) Injury and a LCL (Lateral Collateral Ligament) injury.

These exercises are a very crucial and important part of PCL and LCL knee rehabilitation and its success without surgery. By doing them in stages, you should be able to safely and gradually build up knee strength and, in time, restore the full function of the injured knee.

The exercises work on building the strength in the muscles surrounding the knee, which helps to support the joint and the ligaments. They help you to get more stability into the joint, reduce the pain and the swelling and bring you back to function, step by step. If you have an injured knee and specifically a ruptured or torn ligament, these exercises will help with the repair of the damaged ligament and strengthen the knee joint.
