As we move through this breath-led sequence, we build upon each posture so that we can practice proper alignment in every pose through the sun salutations. This practice is traditionally designed to start your day (hence the name!) so that you can build heat and focus before settling into a seated meditation. You can practice this flow daily and still spend YEARS improving upon it! It’s a great way to warm up before any stretching or meditation, or can be practiced on its own. Try starting your days with sun salutations and see how you feel!
