My tip for you for today is to pay special attention to the positioning of your head and neck in each of the postures we flow through today. When we round in our warm-up, really pull the chin in toward the chest more than you think you need to and notice if that deepens the stretch through your whole spine. Same thing when we do our Badhakonasna Butterfly pose at the end. Bring your attention to your neck and spine for the entire 10-minute vinyasa flow for a delicious dynamic stretching routine!
