Bodycam DUI Arrest - Woman Is In Her Home & Gets Arrested for DWI

From the Pequannock Township Police Blotter: On December 10, 2022, at approximately 5:12 AM, Ptl. Brian Parigi was on patrol in the area of Newark Pompton Turnpike and Edward Avenue. There he was advised by a witness about a single vehicle crash that occurred, causing damage to street sign. The witness stated that the vehicle left the scene and directed Ptl. Parigi to the vehicle’s current location. Ptl. Parigi made contact with the 25 year-old female driver outside the residence.  The driver was displaying signs of intoxication. Following an initial investigation,  The driver was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. She was placed under arrest and transported for processing. She was charged with multiple Title 39 violations, including Driving While Intoxicated.  She was subsequently released pending a mandatory court appearance in the Pequannock Township Municipal Court.
