A pie without an oven
A pie without an oven and a mixer in a pan, incredibly delicious, which just melts in your mouth.
The dough preparation time for such a pie is five minutes plus baking in a pan.

INGREDIENTS: frying pan diameter 26 cm.
egg 4 pcs. (+ a pinch of salt).
sugar 200 gr.
semolina 250 gr.
flour 250 gr.
kefir 300 ml. ( any).
grows. oil 100 ml.
vanilla sugar to taste.
soda 1 tsp (with a slide).
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
sweet cherry, cherry, apricot to your taste.
Bake in a pan with a lid on for 40-45 minutes. on the smallest fire, then turn over and bake again under the lid for 10 - 15 minutes. Readiness is checked with a skewer.
