and Welcome to a Traditional Vegetable Pulao ( वेज पुलाव ) Episode of @RedSoilStories
Veg Pulao Recipe is one of the famous Indian Cuisine and widely appreciated throughout India. We also tried to prepare it on a wood fire stove ( चुलीवरची ).
In this episode we are going to see how Pooja prepared Vegetable Pulao and Bundi Rayta. Rice harvesting is almost over in the state and everyone is bit relaxed in the village. Pooja thought to make a veg pulao recipe as the season is over.
She soaked the rice, chopped all the vegetables, fried all the vegetable in oil added some spices, ghee etc. She let the veggies cook a bit and then added the rice, added some water and let the rice cook well. The quick recipe of veg pulao was ready in minutes.
She also prepared Bundi Rayta as a side dish for Pulao.
We had an early lunch that day, the pulao was delicious.
