The Basic Conditions of Employment Act is an important piece of legislation in our labour law. It is important for employers and employees to have a basic understanding of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Amongst other things, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act establishes and enforces basic conditions of employment; and also regulates the variation of the basic conditions of employment.
In this video we briefly introduce the Basic Conditions of Employment Act. It should be noted that this is Part 2 of many more to come. We will be uploading the remaining parts on every Sunday, at 20:00.
