Ingredients for the dough:
- 1 medium onion (80 grams)
- 600 grams of unleavened wheat flour (all purpose wheat flour)
- 400 grams of boiled potatoes
- 500 milliliters of milk
- 500 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons of powdered vegetable broth (30 grams) (details in the video)
- 100 grams of margarine (80% fat)
- Parsley to taste
Ingredients for the stuffing:
- 300 grams of mozzarella cheese for the cheese balls
- 150 grams of ham and 150 grams of mozzarella cheese for the cheese and ham croquette
