Using Smeg Oven
✔ Ingredients (Burnt pan 6 cups or 21cm cake pan)
unsalted butter 200 g
200g of strong powder
60g almonds powder
Baking Powder 8 g
180g of eggs
80g of milk
195g of sugar
10g Cocoa Powder
80g Dark cover chocolate
Mix thoroughly with the room temperature butter and eggs.
Divide sugar 3-4 times, eggs 6-8 times minimum, and mix at high speed.
baked at 170 ℃ (338℉) for 40 minutes, but it depends on the oven specifications, the upper and lower heat differences, and the baking time and temperature may vary depending on the amount of dough and mold size.
