This is a recipe Elvis Presley's neighbor released to the press after his death.
He is said to have loved this cake during his lifetime.
It is a very soft and moist cake like velvet.

▶Ingredients (for 1 6-cup bundt pan)
68g unsalted butter
180g sugar
1g salt
105 g eggs
108 g cake flour
72g Heavy Cream
3g vanilla extract

1) Add sugar and salt to butter at room temperature and whip white with a hand mixer at high speed.
2) Divide the eggs into several times and whip while going.
3) Add half of the cake flour and mix.
4) Add heavy cream and vanilla extract and mix.
5) Add all remaining flour and mix.
6) Whip with a hand mixer at high speed until it is white and smooth.
7) Bake for 40 minutes at 165 degrees in a non-preheated oven.

*Storage: Sealed and stored at room temperature for about 4 days. After cooling completely, seal it and leave it at room temperature for half a day or more to make it more moist and delicious.


*How to roughly calculate the amount of dough when the mold is different
(When it is difficult to calculate the exact volume due to the uneven shape of the frame)
 - Measure the weight of the water when the mold you have is filled with about 80% of the water.
 - If the mold I used today is filled 80% with water, it will be about 800g.
 - If you fill your mold 80% with water, let's say it's about 400g.
