Ingredients (2 for 10cm pan or 15cm size)
2 eggs
100g Cake flour
70g All-purposed flour
4g BP
3g BS
3g Cinnamon powder
95g oil
60g Brown sugar
60g white sugar
115g Carrot
1g Salt
40g apple juice or orange juice
Little bit of Vanilla paste or extract
40g Roasted pecan or walnut
Cream cheese frosting
220g Cream cheese
120g Heavy Cream
30g Butter
35g-40g Sugar
Almond slice is optional
Bake at 165℃ for 30 minutes for mini size, if you use 15cm pan, Bake the cake for 10 minutes longer.
