Nothing beats a simple hamburger on a warm summer evening! Ground beef is blended with an easy to prepare bread crumb mixture, I will share with you my best secrets, tips, and tricks for making the perfect restaurant-quality burger #ClaudettesKitchen

Ingredients:
- 1 Kg Minced Meat
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon sweet spice
- Half cup Vegetable Oil
- On Medium Heat
- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 Lettuce
- 4 Potatoes
- Burger Bun
- Ketchup

What is the secret to juicy hamburgers?
If you want a juicy hamburger, it helps to restore some of that lost moisture. The easiest way is to add water or some other liquid to the burger mixture. We've found that 2 to 3 tablespoons of ice-cold water mixed into a pound of ground beef greatly increases the juiciness of grilled burgers.

How do I make my burgers tender?
A little extra moisture helps even well-done burgers stay juicy and tender, even if they're made from 90 percent lean ground beef.

What does adding egg to hamburger do?
When it comes to egg in hamburger patties or meatloaf, the egg serves as a binder to hold the meat and other ingredients together.

Why are my burgers dry?
Using meat that's too lean.

Using meat that's too lean results in burgers that are lacking in both flavor and texture, and easily end up dry and crumbly. The fat is important for adding flavor and holding the patty together. The ideal ground beef for burgers is 80% lean and 20% fat.

Is it better to cook burgers in the oven or on the stove?
Baked burgers are a great, nearly hands-off cooking method that won't fill your kitchen with the smell of frying beef. Pan-fried burgers, on the other hand, have the benefit of a tasty sear from the cast-iron skillet. And, if it's hot out, cooking burgers on the stove-top won't heat your house as baking burgers will.

How long should I cook a burger?
Grilling Burgers

Place the burgers on the grill grate and cook, waiting for at least 4 minutes before flipping. Cook until both sides are browned and the burger is cooked to the desired doneness, about 10 minutes total for medium-rare, 8-ounce burgers. Let the burgers rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

How do you know when to flip a burger?
You'll know to flip the patties when you see liquid pooling on the uncooked surface. Be careful not to char the meat or press down on the patties with a spatula while cooking, you'll squeeze out all those flavorful juices.
