Home-Made Fresh Pasta (4 People)
Ingredients
For fresh pasta
200 grams of semolina flour
200 grams of wheat flour
4 eggs
1 egg yolk
For cooking:
1 table spoon of salt (for pasta juice)
2 table spoon of butter
For tomato sauce:
1 table spoon of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
2 water glasses of tomato puree
1 dessert spoon of hot sauce
1 pinch of fresh basil
1 tea spoon of salt
Good to know:
1) All sizes of water glasses in our recipes equal to standard 200 ml water glasses.
2) Our oven is always in the ""UPPER AND LOWER WITH FAN"" setting in all our recipe videos unless our chefs verbally state otherwise.
