Chef Ferhat welcomes us with amazing pasta sauces that takes pasta to a next level this time. Caution! These sauces are not like the other sauces you know. Chef Ferhat, as always, brings you delicious recipes that you will regret not trying before.

At least one of these pasta sauces is a candidate to be your favorite pasta sauce.

Ingredients

SPAGHETTI WITH ROASTED PEPPERS AND SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

250 grams of spaghetti
3 liters of water (boiling)
2 tablespoons of salt

For the sauce:
2 roasted red peppers
6 sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in oil)
1 clove of garlic
3 tablespoons of sun-dried tomato oil

For the garlic bread crumbs:
6 slices of bread (dried in the oven)
2 cloves of garlic
6 bunches of parsley (leaf parts)
1/2 tea glass of olive oil (50 ml)

ARUGULA AND HAZELNUT TORTELLINI

250 grams of tortellini
3 liters of water (boiling)
2 tablespoons of salt

For the sauce:
1 cup of nutmeat
1,5 bunches of arugula
2 cloves of garlic
Half a lemons juice
1/2 tea glass of olive oil (50 ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
4 tablespoons of İzmir tulum cheese

SARDINES AND OLIVES PENNE

250 grams of penne
3 liters of water
2 tablespoons of salt

For the sauce:
100 grams of canned sardines
3 cloves of garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
8 cherry tomatoes
10 olives
1/2 chili pepper
1 tablespoon of caper
1/2 teaspoons of black pepper
8 leaves of sweet basil
The juice of a quarter of a lemon

AVOCADO AND CREAM FUSILLI

250 grams of fusilli
3 liters of water (boiling)
2 tablespoons of salt

For the sauce:
1 avocado
Half a lemons juice
4 bunches of parsley (the leaf part)
4 bunches of fresh peppermint (the leaf part)
3 tablespoons of İzmir tulum cheese
1/2 tea glass of cream (50 ml)
1 clove of garlic

LEMON AND PARSLEY TAGLIATELLE

250 grams of tagliatelle
3 liters of water (boiling)
2 tablespoons of salt

For the sauce:
3/4 tea glass of olive oil (75 ml)
6 cloves of garlic
1/2 chili pepper
8 bunches of chervil (the leaf part)
Half a lemons juice
The zest of one whole lemon
50 grams of parmesan (grated)
