For ~ 24 pieces (~660g):
- 2 small or 1 large egg
- 30g of sugar
- 150g butter
- 20g fresh yeast
- 360-380g flour
- a pinch of salt and vanilla
- 60 ml of milk
- sugar for filling 100-150g
Bake in a well-preheated 180C oven for ~ 20 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
