For ~12 pieces (~360g):
- 1 egg
- 100g butter
- 70g of sugar
~210g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- a pinch of salt and vanilla
Bake in a well-preheated 180C oven for ~ 15 minutes. The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
