The midsize SUV, the 2025 Corolla Cross, is supposedly going to get its most significant redesign since its launch, complete with new features and upgraded exterior look, but the technical components will stay the same. The XRX Hybrid and GR-Sport are just two of numerous models that have upgraded full LED headlights; nevertheless, the most striking alteration is the rear bumper-integrating grille. The Corolla Cross mechanically retains both the 2.0 flex aspirated type and a versatile hybrid mode. The former can produce up to 175 horsepower and 20.8 kgfm of torque. Mixing 15.5 kgfm of electric propellant with 1.8 Atkinson cycle propellant, which has a maximum burn rate of 101 horsepower, produces the same amount of 123 horsepower as before. Automatic continuously variable transmission is common across all versions. As an added layer of security, the Corolla Cross now includes stop-and-go adaptive cruise control as standard equipment on the XRX Hybrid, GR-Sport, and XRX trim levels. The SUV's improved front parking sensors further increase its maneuverability.
