Try some onion curry sandwich made with stir-fried onions.

Onion curry sandwich
[Ingredients]
Morning rolls
Hot dog buns
3 eggs
4 tbsp (20g) curry powder
1/4 stick butter
1 (200g) onion
Cabbage
Cooking oil
[Directions]
1. Finely slice the onion and cabbage.
2. Put butter in a pan and caramelize the onion over medium heat.
3. Once caramelized, push the onion to one side.
4. Make scrambled eggs over high heat and mix with the onion.
5. Put oil on one side of the pan and stir-fry the curry powder. Then mix with the onion.
6. Microwave the bun for ten seconds or grill it on the pan.
7. Finish by putting the onion curry in the bun.
(Add the sliced cabbage if desired.)
