Nutella Brownies, the best thing after a mug cake is a Mug Nutella Brownies... This fudgy single serve nutella brownie microwaved in about a minute is the perfect little something you need for that instant sweet fix. With just a handful of ingredients, this recipe will take you to nutella brownies heaven. If you have not tried a brownie in a mug, then this is your last stop. Look no further and follow these simple nutella recipes to enjoy your delicious Mug Nutella Brownies in under two minutes.
Nutella Brownies Recipe Ingredients:
Flour - 4 tbsp
Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
Milk - 2 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Vanilla - 1/8 tsp
Chocolate chips - 1 tbsp (optional)
Nutella - 1 1/2 tbsp
Icing Sugar - For sprinkling
Nutella Brownies Recipe Method:
Take a Medium mug and add in your dry ingredients and mix them all very well till combined.
Add in your dry ingredients and mix till you can no longer see any dry ingredient. Add in the chocolate chips and combine.
Make a well in the center and Put a dollop of nutella in it.
Bake in the microwave at full power for 1 min. 15 sec.
Once baked sprinkle some icing sugar and enjoy while its still warm.
PS: Every microwave settings are different. I baked mine at the Highest setting, Mine gives a 900W output, if you are not sure of what power your microwave runs at, I suggest you check the cake at 1 min. mark and keep adding a few seconds to it once its completely done.
