Nestum Cereal Butter  Cookies  

Ingredients:
100 g unsalted butter
90g powdered sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g low-gluten flour/ all-purpose flour
5g baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
80g Nestum oatmeal
Add 60g chocolate chips (can be replaced with dried cranberries/raisins)

coating:
30g Nestum oatmeal
