Hey guys! Watch me as I make this delicious Lemon Blueberry Pound Cake. This was inspired by a recipe from Taste of Home. I had to tweak a few ingredients, but it still came out great! This is the perfect dessert for spring or summer. Serve it with vanilla ice cream for an extra special treat. 😊 Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/3 cup of butter, softened
2 cups of granulated sugar
5 oz of cream cheese, softened
3 cups of all-purpose flour
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 large egg white, room temperature
1 tablespoon of lemon zest
2 cups of fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
6 oz of lemon yogurt (1 container)
Glaze:
About 2.5 cups of powdered sugar
3-4 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
You'll have to play around with the consistency of the glaze. If it gets too thick, gradually add lemon juice. If it's too runny, gradually add powdered sugar. The glaze should be slightly thick, but you should also be able to pour it.
