Ultimate Generating BEAST! | Colossus every 20 SECONDS! - Necrom PTS | Elder Scrolls Online (ESO)

In this episode of Elder
In this episode of Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), I made a necromancer tank that is based around generating ultimate, not only for yourself, but also for your group! We generate about 10 ultimate a second on average, though it acts more in larger bursts than periods of low generation.
With starfield around the corner, I have been thinking about expanding my content to possibly lore videos for it. I am interested to see if any of you have any additional ideas as to what you'd like to see from me playing starfield (playthrough, tutorials, lore, etc)!

Gear: Drake's Rush on Sword and shield, Ice staff , and all jewelry. Arkasis Genius on all body pieces. Bloodspawn in heavy weight for monster set.
Large armor pieces (helm, chest, legs) have infused while small have divines, all have prismatic enchant (if you don't want to spend that much money/resources just do prismatic on big pieces for most effect). Front bar weapon is a swords and shield with decisive/divines trait and stamina drain/max stamina enchant. The back bar ice staff has infused trait with crusher enchant. We are wearing 7 heavy armor pieces. Jewelry enchants are 2 reduce cooldown of potions and 1 magicka recovery and all are infused trait.

Setup: All attributes in health, nord race, using Bewitched Sugar skulls (or use Jewels of misrule if you are struggling with magicka sustain), and tri-pot for general resource return, or trash pots if you don't need resources but still need to proc Arkasis.

Front Bar: Heroic slash, Necrotic Potency, Ruinous Scythe, Silver Leash, Pierce Armor, Glacial Colossus (main spammable ulti).
Back bar: Spirit Guardian, Elemental Blockade (ice form because of ice staff), Beckoning Armor, Agony Totem, Unnerving Boneyard, Aggressive Horn
Optional Skills: Ghostly Embrace, Expunge and modify/Hexproof (depends on preference), Balance, or Overflowing Altar.

Champion Points:
Blue- Ironclad, Unassailable, Enduring Resolve, Duelist's Rebuff
Red- Rejuvenation, Fortified, Boundless Vitality, Slippery

How to Use:
Keep all buffs up on yourself for survival. #1 priority is keeping boss taunted and controlling the adds in the room with your silver leash and totem to fear. Make sure to keep up heroic slash for minor heroism, bash every 18 seconds to keep up major heroism, use potion every 31 seconds to get 48 burst of ultimate. DO NOT use your potion the second it is available!!! Your potion cooldown is 29 seconds whereas your Arkasis cooldown is 30 seconds, so if you use it right away you will have to wait another 29 seconds for your potion to be ready. So wait about 2-3 seconds after the potion is ready to hit it again. Use necrotic potency to generate more ultimate from bodies on ground. Use scythe consistently not just for healing but to set enemies off balance.
