In this episode of Elder
In this episode of Elder Scrolls Online (ESO), I made an Arcanist XP farmer utilizing Dark Convergence as a group pull, mixed with the new set, Camonna Tong, from the Necrom DLC. This build has an Oakensoul setup as the best method of quickly killing adds, but there is a 2-Bar setup if you do not have Oakensoul.

Gear: Regardless of 1 or 2 bar setup, all armor has Training trait and Maximum Magicka enchant, all jewelry has Bloodthirsty trait and Increase Spell Damage enchant. Front bar weapon on both 1 and 2 bar setup is a lightning staff with Training trait and Increase Weapon Damage enchant. Light armor Slimecraw Helmet on both setups.
1-Bar: Oakensoul will replace a Camonna Tong ring, so you will use a Camonna shoulder piece with the same enchant/traits as all armor. Nothing else changes for gear.
2-Bar: Wear 2 piece of light armor Slimecraw, and all Camonna jewelry. Front bar staff stays the same, back bar lightning staff will have Training trait and Fire enchant.

Setup: All attributes in magicka, khajiit race, using Ghastly Eye Bowl for food (or use Crunchy Spider Skewer if you are struggling with stamina sustain), and Tri-stat potion.

Skills on 1-bar: Cephaliarch's Flail (AOE execute), Ring of Preservation (or other healing spell), Channeled Acceleration (for movement not Minor Force), Pulsar (main spammable), Razor Caltrops (source of Major Breach and proc's Dark Convergence), Flawless Dawnbreaker (for passives)
Skills on 2-bar:
Front bar- Cephaliarch's Flail (AOE execute), Camouflaged Hunter (passive crit chance), Channeled Acceleration (movement and Minor Force), Pulsar (main spammable), Rune of Displacement (group pull when DC is on cooldown), Flawless Dawnbreaker (for passives).
Back bar- Tidal Chakram (heal and get rid of crux before next fight for Fated Fortune passive), Camouflaged Hunter (passive crit chance), Silver Leash (manual pull), Inspired Scholarship (passive spell damage and crux generation), Razor Caltrops (source of Major Breach and proc's Dark Convergence), Shooting Star (nuke if you want to use it, I didn't during testing).

Champion Points:
Green- Steed's Blessing (movement between fights)
Blue- Wrathful Strikes, Occult Overload, Fighting Finesse (I accidently had backstabber on during testing, which doesn't work when solo as everyone faces you), Reaving Blows (for main healing, or you can do Master-At-Arms for more damage).
Red- Fortified, Boundless Vitality, Bloody Renewal, Siphoning Spells

How to Use:
1-bar: Use Channeled Acceleration to run in between trash packs, aggro using medium attacks, throw out Caltrops to activate DC to pull everyone in as well as recieve Major Breach, spam Pulsar until near death then use Flail to execute.
2-bar: Keep up Inspired Scholar and Channeled Acceleration for buffs, use tidal chakram before next fight to cleanse all crux, aggro using medium attacks, use Flail once to get Fated Fortune passive proc'd, throw out Caltrops, if DC is on cooldown use Displacement to pull in enemies, spam Pulsar, use Flail at execute.
