North Korea's Jeffrey Dahmer

In the early 1990's, a man would visit a fortune teller. This man, named Hyung-sik Park was suffering from liver cirrhosis. Upon meeting the fortune teller, Park would be told that to cure his illness he would need to eat human livers. Park eventually do so, killing 13 people in the process.
