Harvesting A Lawsuit

The plaintiff says he sold the defendant an LED vegetable growing box on eBay, but the guy reversed payment and is trying to stiff him. He’s suing for the money back. The defendant says he paid through his bank app, which he says he told the plaintiff would take 72 hours. He says the plaintiff contacted his bank, which alerted him someone wanted access to his personal details, so he canceled the transaction. He claims he told the plaintiff to pick up the box.
