Hiding Defects

The plaintiff says the defendant was her manager at a phone store. She says he accused her of stealing money from the cash deposit and fired her. She says she didn’t steal a thing and he had no right to deduct money from her, so she’s suing for back pay, plus pain and suffering. The defendant says he has video of the plaintiff near where the money was kept and claims she acted suspicious.
