DIY builder? Like homemade tools? Enco, Harbor Freight, Grizzly, JET, and more sell a 4x6 metal bandsaw. I modified one to be a benchtop saw and show a common motor failure and fix. Mods to these little saws are usually trying to make them cut better, so this project is a little different. I totally re-configured the parts into a whole new machine.
